- Before admission to the clinic the patient has to go through hospital registry check.
- Every newly admitted patient leaves her clothes at the hospital’s locker room which is located in the main lobby of the hospital.
The issuing of work excuse shall be made on the day of discharge from the hospital by the senior midwife between 9:00 and 12:00 hrs. Medical history is obtained on the day of discharge from the hospital, if there is ready histological result, and if not – from the registry – fl.2 after consulting on the phone – 02/9172 442.
- The patient could not keep medical records or a part thereof. The documentation should be kept in the manipulation room of the clinic with the midwife.
